My winter illness prevention regimen with vitamins

This is what I use as soon as I see symptoms of a cold or flu coming on, even if I just have a mildly stuffed up nose.

  1. Vitamin D3 6000 IU daily (some people take 10,000IU)
  2. Echinacea 400mg
  3. Zinc 50mg

It\’s important that I give the dosages because different pills have different amounts of stuff in them.
