Be careful when taking medications not to double dose on a given chemical. Many medications have multiple chemicals, or active ingredients in them. Read the instructions carefully so you do not take more of one chemical than you need to.
So while I’m taking 4 different meds just for a cough, I made sure none of them have the same chemicals in them.
